(c) With the express consent of the user, Bue Marino Suite may process the user’s personal data for marketing purposes, i.e., to send the user, both through traditional means (such as mail and telephone) and electronic means (such as newsletters, email, SMS, MMS, and web chat), information and updates on products, promotional campaigns, events, and other initiatives promoted by Bue Marino Suite, as well as to conduct specific market research.
(d) With the express consent of the user, Bue Marino Suite may also process the user’s personal data for the purposes of studying consumer habits and choices, to better tailor its initiatives to the tastes and needs of its customers. Please note that this processing is partially automated and allows the creation of clusters of customers with similar purchasing characteristics and preferences, in order to better target Bue Marino Suite’s commercial initiatives and offers.
For security purposes (spam filters, firewalls, virus detection), automatically recorded data may also include personal data such as the IP address, which could be used, in accordance with applicable laws, to block attempts to damage the site or other users, or otherwise engage in harmful or criminal activities.
